An LA judge has issued a restraining order against Britney Spears' ex-boyfriend, the Associated Press reports. Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb reportedly signed the restraining order against Adnan Ghalib on Wednesday morning.
Three months ago, Spears' father, Jamie, who has conservatorship over Britney, asked for protection for the singer against Ghalib, plus her former laywer and business manager. Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lufti has denied reports he is suing the star's parents to pay off his mounting debts.
Lutfi, who is reportedly facing foreclosure on his California home after allegedly running up more than $18,000 in debt, has filed legal action against Lynne and Jamie Spears, accusing them of defamation.
But his lawyer Bryan Freedman is adamant the suit was not filed to make money, insisting housing bosses have merely lost Lutfi's payments.
